The Katadyn Ceradyn Filter Element is a replacement ceramic filter element for long-lasting water filtration.
This microporous ceramic filter helps retain suspended solids and traps bacteria and parasites such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia, while leaving essential minerals in the water. The silver-impregnated ceramic helps reduce bacteria growth, and the Silver Quartz inside the element helps control possible recontamination through the tap outlet.
