Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will my order be shipped?

We ship fast. Most days, if you order by 4:00pm pacific time (Noon on
Saturdays), we’ll ship it the same day. You will get an email with
tracking # when your order is ready to ship.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee satisfaction. Please contact us before returning
merchandise and we will work with you. Most times defective merchandise should be returned to the manufacturer. We can facilitate to make the experience as painless as possible. If you ordered the wrong item, you can return unused merchandise in original packaging for an exchange or refund. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges, or pay for return shipping, unless item is defective.

Where are your products made?

The majority of the products we sell are made in the USA. We are big
supporters of American manufacturing and American workers. We also carry products made in Europe (Katadyn and Magefesa) and South Korea (Lifestraw). We are always looking for quality US made products. Let us
know if you have any suggestions!
