How to return an item

Please note: Most returns can be handled directly by the manufacturer. Please contact us before shipping any returned merchandise and we will instruct you where to send your items.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or you have prior authorization from Highwater Filters admin. You must return the item within 90 days of your purchase. We strive to be beyond reasonable and to resolve all issues to your satisfaction. Contact customerservice@highwaterfilters.com if you have any complaints or issues with our products.

1. Please email customerservice@highwaterfilters.com to request a refund and, if authorized, we will send you a return shipping label from USPS that can be printed and attached to your package.

Restocking Fee

There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

Items that are unused and in original packaging can be exchanged for another item. The difference in price can be adjusted with credit or additional payment. Shipping charges cannot be refunded without prior authorization. Contact customerservice@highwaterfilters.com before shipping your purchase back to us.
