Special Shipping Information:

We strive to ship out as soon as we possibly can. Often, if you order before 2 pm pst, we can ship the same day. We ship most items through the USPS, but if you have special shipping needs, please contact us at info@highwaterfilters.com.  

There is a shipping estimator at checkout that allows you to see the exact charges for all shipping options before you place your order. Shipping is calculated according to weight and destination. We do not add additional handling charges.

Currently,  Katadyn products can be shipped only within the U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses. For APO/FPO shipments, please check with the manufacturer regarding warranty and support issues.

The Lifesaver Distiller kits, the PurestOne purifiers, GAC, Sawyer, Rainshow'r and the TRAP filters CAN be shipped Internationally. Contact us at info@highwaterfilters.com for information or just place your order!

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or you have prior authorization from Highwater Filters admin. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.  We strive to be reasonable and to resolve all issues to your satisfaction. Contact customerservice@highwaterfilters.com if you have any complaints or issues with our products.

1. Please email customerservice@highwaterfilters.com to request a refund and we will send you a return shipping label from the USPS that can be printed and attached to your package.

Restocking Fee

There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

Items that are unused and in original packaging can be exchanged for a gift cerficate or another item. The difference in price can be adjusted with credit or additional payment. Contact customerservice@highwaterfilters.com  before shipping your purchase back to us.
